Can't upload any photos to any website - new laptop

Hi guys!

Just got a new laptop today, it has Vista and IE7, but I can't upload any photos at all and I have tried several websites.
Either IE stops responding, or occasionally it taks ages to load, then says the page cannot be displayed.

It's very annoying, especially as I need to upload photos asap for my job!

I would like to ask few questions to help us focus in the right place.
1.      What is the error message you get while uploading the photos
I have few steps here that might fix the issue.
I would also suggest that you start the internet explorer without add-ons and check, this is to check if any of the add-ons are causing problem, follow the steps below:
Click the Start>> click All Programs>> click
Accessories>> click System Tools>> click
Internet Explorer (No Add-ons).

There might be some problem with the internet explorer settings, I suggest that you reset the internet explorer settings and check if you are able to upload the photos, follow the steps in the link to reset the browser for the default settings:

Where are you getting the download?
