Cannot backup files error 0x81000019.
Original title : Windows 7 Ultimate Backup Problems.
I have a 2T hard drive with approx 200GB used running windows 7 ultimae x64, i tried to do a backup to a 1.5T external drive that is both new empty.
The back up did not complete.
I have been able to transfer files to this external drive no problems, so it
works.
Now when i try again to backup, a red box tells me that the previous back up failed and when i try to back up again , it starts then stops giving an error code 0x81000019.
Also when i try to do a System Image, it starts then stops, saying i do not have enough room to back up a system image.
How do i get rid of these problems and complete a backup.
