Cannot complete the Windows Experience Index

Hello I've had my computer for a while now and have been messing around with performance settings and what not.
All of the sudden WEI can no longer complete.
It gets to the end of the disk performance check and...
It says to be it can not be completed and it explains with a small box how there may be a misscommunication with the system drivers ect.
generic message, and only a "Continue" dialog option.

this happened after I set up a new overclock that runs stable, and I wanted to see what the WEI would give it.
It didnt work so I removed the overclock to see if that was the issue.
It still crashed when i removed the overclock.
It worked sucessfully may 16th after I applied a ram overclock and XMP that upped my experiance to 7.8, I was trying to reach 7.9 and a Processor caclulation of at least 7.7

Hi,

Windows Experience Index has a log file "%SystemRoot%\Performance\WinSAT\winsat.log".
That may give some relevant details.
Please post the logs here so that we can check what exactly is causing the problem.

Method 1: Check a drive for errors

Important: If any data available on the hard drive might be lost, when performing chkdsk, as the chkdsk tries to repair that affected sector.

Method 2: I would suggest you update all the drivers and check if Windows Experience Index functions normally.

Method 3: Perform clean boot

A clean boot will help us determine if there is a process or service preventing Windows Experience Index (WEI) from running.

Method 4: Try performing SFC scan on the computer.

SFC tool scans system files and replaces incorrect versions of the system files by using the correct versions.
