Cannot access any programs and icons changed to e(explorer)

Original title: i can't access any of my programs, and the appereance of them had change, instead of the regular picture, it is a e(explorer) in it.
Every time I tried to opened, y said that there is a security and won't  late me in, even said that i can run it or save it, i tried but nothing happen, what would it be the reason.

If you failed to fix it, another option is to call Microsoft and walk through the process with a technician. To do this, dial "1-800-936-5700". Explain the error that you received and the steps in the update process during which it was displayed. The technician will be able to walk through the steps from getting a new product key to finishing the installation.
