Appointment block times in Excel and merge to Word doc

I want to merge into a Word Doc form letter appointment times blocked out in half-hour segments in Excel.
I am having difficulty getting the times to print out the hour and minute without the seconds.

The same of blocked times are sampled below:

TIME:             Between  10:45 AM & 11:15 AM  EST 

The appointment times are 10-minute increments and scheduled for half an hour:

10:45 AM 11:15 AM
10:55 AM 11:25 AM
11:05 AM 11:35 AM
11:15 AM 11:45 AM
11:25 AM 11:55 AM
11:35 AM 12:05 PM
11:45 AM 12:15 PM
11:55 AM 12:25 PM
