I want to be able to autopopulate training classes needed on 1 tab based on job functions listed as "yes" on this tab but I don't want the training classes to be repeated if they are already listed on the final training plan worksheet.

If I say yes to each of the 3 job tasks llisted below how can I get only 1 entry that says: SIG Onsite Tax and banking Training on the Final Training Plan worksheet?

Each of the 3 job tasks are covered in that 1 class there fore the employee only needs to compelte that class 1 time not 3 times. I can send you the file if needed.
