All programs are opening with Windows Media Center

It happened recently.
I somehow set all my default programs to be open with Windows Media Center.
Every program I open, Windows Media Center opens instead.
An example would be opening Yahoo Messenger.
It doesn't open, instead Windows Media Center does.
I
tried everything; Disabling Windows Media Center, And I even tried to open up Regedit as well as clicking ''Turn Windows Features on and off'' , but instead Windows Media Center opens.
Anything I do, Windows Media Center opens instead rendering my computer
practiclly useless.
Need Help immediately.
