am haveing truble closein out links i look at....they are not closein..it is saying that it was closed and then it reopens the same link page
i have things saed on my lap top that i dont kow where they ce from (weather bug, shreder...ect...)i cant get them deleted and windows will not close out it just reopens with this saying.....it was losed and is nowing being reopened...i dont understand
please help me...

· Does it happen with all the browsers?
· Is it a problem with a particular website or all?
· Do you have a third party toolbar installed in Internet Explorer?
Try the below methods which might help you.
Method 1
Start Internet Explorer in No Add-ons mode.
i) Click the Start button, click All Programs, click Accessories, click System Tools, and then click Internet Explorer (No Add-ons).
ii) Then Check if the website it’s still having the issue.
If it’s not having the issue, then the problem is caused by one of the add-ons used by the internet explorer.
Then you may have to disable /enable one by one and see which add-ons are causing the issue.
Before you disable a browser add-on, keep in mind that some WebPages, or Internet Explorer itself, might not display properly if an add-on is disabled.
We recommend that you only disable an add-on if it repeatedly causes Internet Explorer to close.
Method 2
Uninstall all third party toolbar and launch Internet Explorer and see if the issue persists.
Method 3
Reset internet explorer settings.

Using Windows troubleshooter:
- Click on Search on Charm bar and type Troubleshooting. Click on the very first option.
- A new window will open. Click View all from the left pane.
- Scroll down to the bottom and click on Windows update.
- Troubleshooter window for Windows update will pop up. Click on NEXT. It may ask you for administrative permission.
- The troubleshooter will automatically detect problems and fix it.
- Now, close this window and try download/install the app which was previously showing error.
