Annoying blinking cursor and ctrl c/v not working

hi there... under my thumbs: HP Mini with N450, win7 starter.
i've been reading here but not helping!
my problem is the cursor blinks like 4 times per second for long periods of time.
At the same time Im writing here, when I try to delete anything it only allows me to delete one character at a time, making me continuously hit the Backspace key...
and when
I try to copy anything and paste it, won't do a thing, either by right click + copy/paste or by ctrl + c/v...
I`ve runned full scan but not revealing anything
have you heard of some specific malware causing such effects?

I suggest you to check in safe mode with networking and see if the issue persists or not.

Use the System File Checker tool to repair corrupted or missing system files:
