BSOD DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (9f)

Hi, I am looking for help in figuring out why I am getting frequent Blue screens.
 The computer goes to sleep after 15 minutes of no use.
 Just about once a day when I use the computer I will get a BSOD notice that points me to a minidump file.

Machine Throttling

• Click the Start button.
• In the Search box, type "regedit" (without quotes) and press Enter.
• Look for the following registry key: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\ SQMClient\Windows\DisabledSessions".
• On the right window pane, delete the subkey: "Machine Throttling".
• Reboot your computer.
