Button auto start

My laptop is a Fujitsu Lifebook L series LH700 pink colour laptop.
Few months ago, after I bought this laptop for less than a month, the five button on my laptop (the support, internet, mail, eco and camera) keep on auto start when I didn't press it at all.
I close it and it auto start again.

Can someone please help me? It have been troubling me for months! is there any way I can stop the five button from opening the program automatically?

I would suggest you to follow the steps and check if it helps.

Manually editing the Windows registry

Click the Start button.
Type "command" in the search box... DO NOT hit ENTER yet!

In the Registry Editor, select the Error 0x9C-related key (eg. Windows Operating System) you want to back up.

In the File Name box, type a name for your backup file, such as "Windows Operating System Backup".
In the Export Range box, be sure that "Selected branch" is selected.
Click Save.
The file is then saved with a .reg file extension.
You now have a backup of your MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION-related registry entry.
