How Can You Fix - browzer zoom expands and shrinks my page constantly?

browzer zoom expands and shrinks my page constantly

Hello Windows 7 community.
I sure hope you have a simple fix for this!
For no apparent reason, while I am browsing the web or reading info on a web page or any page, my browsers zoom bounces up and down constantly.
I have to reset to default every few seconds.
Why is this and is there something I can change in my settings
so this does not happen again?  It has been going on since the computer was new, but is getting much worse, to the point I hate using my computer now.
Please help!
Thank you very much,
Alva Storc
